Continuation of What I love

Ok, so I didn't write about what I did from the in class activity. One of the things I wrote that I love to do was cooking and one of the reasons I love to cook was because I enjoy experimenting with different flavors of food. I also wrote that I like making discoveries. So eating at a vegan restaurant kind of met both of those needs. I'm not a vegan, I'm not even a vegetarian but it was a great experience. I had a steak burger that was made from soy and seitan, I think that's what it's called. I probably won't be a vegan anytime soon but the food was quite delicious and it was good to try something new.
